Shipping
Q – I placed an order. When will it arrive?
Thank you so much for your order and welcome to the Midnight City Tarot community!
Orders ship next business day.
When your shipping label is printed during the fulfillment process, you’ll automatically receive a shipping notification with your tracking number.
(The tracking number will be sent to the email you entered along with your Billing Information.)
Q – Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Please note that each country may have its own unique import fees or taxes and that the buyer is responsible for these. If you have any questions about international ordering, please contact me before placing your order.
Q – What does the packaging look like? Will it say Midnight City Tarot on the box?
Decks are shipped in brown cardboard boxes. The shipping labels and boxes don't say tarot or oracle. Either Midnight Magic Design Studio or my name is listed on the shipping label.
The standard size tarot deck and oracle deck and our bundles are gift wrapped and arrive ready for gift giving or a beautiful unboxing experience.
Smaller items (like an individual pocket deck) are shipped in purple bubble mailers.

Q – I have a question about my order! How can I get in touch with you?
Please send me an email or fill out the contact form and please include your name and order number. I do my best to respond back within 1-2 business days.
Q – My order is a gift. Do you include receipts or prices in the packaging?
Receipts and dollar amounts are not included inside the packaging. Your order is ready for gift giving!
Q – I have a general question.
Of course! Please send me an email or fill out the contact form with your question and we'll get back to you in 1-2 business days or sooner for urgent questions.

Wholesale
Q – I own a retail shop and I’m interested in carrying your deck. Do you have a minimum?
Thank you! I would love to see the deck stocked in your shop. I do have minimum order requirements and would love to send you my wholesale catalog. Please reach out to me via email or fill out the contact form and I’ll send along all of the information. I'm excited to work together!
