Shipping

Q – I placed an order. When will it ship?

Thank you so much for your order! Midnight City Tarot is an independent, artist-run studio.

To keep fulfillment running smoothly, orders ship twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday mornings (EST).

  • Orders placed Thursday after 7am EST, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday or Tuesday by 7am EST: Ship on Tuesday morning

  • Orders placed Tuesday after 7am EST, Wednesday or Thursday by 7am EST: Ship on Thursday morning

Once dispatched, a tracking number will be automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout.

All orders ship directly from Miami, FL.


Q – Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is temporarily. Thank you for understanding!


Q – What does the packaging look like? Will it say Midnight City Tarot on the box?

Decks are shipped in brown cardboard boxes. The shipping labels and boxes don't say tarot or oracle. Either Midnight Magic Design Studio or my name is listed on the shipping label.

The standard size tarot deck and oracle deck and our bundles are gift wrapped and arrive ready for gift giving or a beautiful unboxing experience.

Q – I have a question about my order! How can I get in touch with you?

Please send me an email or fill out the contact form and please include your name and order number. I do my best to respond back within 1-2 business days.


Q – My order is a gift. Do you include receipts or prices in the packaging? 

Receipts and dollar amounts are not included inside the packaging. Your order is ready for gift giving!

Q – I own a retail shop and I’m interested in carrying your deck. Do you have a minimum?
