Returns and Cancellations Policies
All sales are final. Due to the nature of my small business, we do not offer cancellations, returns, or refunds.
If you notice anything wrong with your order, please reach out within 14 days of receiving it and I'll do my best to make it right.
Midnight City Tarot is not responsible for items lost in the mail, abandoned at customs, or stolen packages, and will not replace stolen, abandoned or missing packages. Please contact USPS, UPS or mail carrier for further support.
Order Confirmation
Upon placing an order, a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided.
Order Fulfillment
Orders are shipped next business day unless otherwise noted. Each order is packed by the artist with care.
Shipping labels are printed during the fulfillment process and an email with your tracking number is automatically sent to the email address the customer provided along with their billing information. If you do not see a tracking number, please check all of your email addresses and spam folder. If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 days of placing your order, please email us with your order number.
UPS AccessPoint
If a customer chooses to use a UPS AccessPoint as their delivery address, Midnight City Tarot is not responsible for the accuracy, or availability of AccessPoint. It is the customer’s duty to pick up the package after delivery in a timely manner, or the item will be returned to sender. If the package is returned to sender, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping & handling fees in order to have the package re-sent.
International Orders
The customer is responsible for fees, VAT taxes, import taxes or the like. Packages abandoned at customs are not eligible for a return, replacement or refund. A deck of cards may be on the list of prohibited items in certain countries. Please double check that your country allows playing cards to be imported before placing an order or contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
Coupon Policies
Coupons cannot be applied to past orders. Coupon may end or change at any time at the discretion of the shop owner.

If you have any specific questions about your order, please email us or send a message on our contact page and I will do our best to respond within 1-3 business days or sooner.
For questions related to your specific order, please include your name that you placed the order under, your order number, and the email you entered in the Billing Information section when you placed the order.
